Article Abstract:
A small human would require footwear nearly 7 kilometers wide to exploit surface tension sufficient to walk on water. Successful attempts at water walking have been made with shoe that are really tiny boats, rather than devices that mimic water walking as performed by insects.

Monumental error
Article Abstract:
The Department of Home land Security announced on May 31, 2006, their anti-terrorism funding grants to US cities based on a formula determined by Homeland Security officials and scientists. The funding for New York City was cut by 40 percent because as per formula counts for the presence of 'national monuments or icons', New York City had no such national monuments or icons.
