The latest tools available for air traffic controllers to test runaway designs and test patterns are analyzed. The National Aeronautics and Space Administration Ames Research Center and the Federal Aviation Administration's efforts in bringing a virtual-reality based system for controllers is discussed.

Mysterious sounds heard onboard the International Space Station have made people wonder if orbital debris were hitting the station. Studies stated that the space command have added a higher-frequency radar unit to one of its ground antennas which would enable it to track objects between five and ten centimeters.
