Fifteen new species at risk in Canada
Article Abstract:
The Committee on the Status of Endangered Wildlife in Canada (COSEWIC) has reported that another 15 species are at risk in Canada. The Karner blue butterfly, for instance, was included in the extirpated category while the vascular plant and ringlet butterfly were placed at the endangered category.

Article Abstract:
Caliciales are the tiny, upright, stubbly stalks that are often seen in combination with the whitish, greyish, greenish lichen crusts. Caliciales depend on bark, and wood, while others may also prefer resin and tree-hungry fungi.
