Forests from the ground up
Article Abstract:
Four scientists are initiating efforts to help degraded forests around the world and return them to functional ecosystems. They observe that forest restoration is an uphill task that requires conclusive data to restore valuable native forest ecosystems, is expensive for which they need enough funds and without the local community support it would be impossible.
