Getting in touch with the edge of the solar system
Article Abstract:
Two Voyager spacecrafts have gathered data that indicates that the edge of the solar system lies around 120 astronomical units from the sun. The spacecraft recorded a powerful radio signal believed to have been generated by a collision of solar wind and interstellar gases.

Magnetism triggers a brain response

Scientists seemed to have induced epileptiform activity in three patients by exposing them to magnetic fields of 1 to 2 milliteslas. The study suggests that magnetic fields may cause a distinct physiological response in human brains.
