Noah's flood?
Article Abstract:
The great deluge and Noah's ark may be explained by geological findings which showed that the Mediterranean Sea once dried up. One day the waters of the Atlantic Ocean broke through the rock barrier and flooded the area. This event was witnessed by people who retold the story until it became written in the Bible.
