Photo-imageable sol-gel hybrid materials for simple fabrication of micro-optical elements
Article Abstract:
Photo-induced migration that accompanies photopolymerization and photolocking in photo-imageable sol-gel hybrid materials allows the formation of convex micropatterns with high refractive index when exposed to UV radiation. The cost effective fabrication of these micro-optical elements is described.
