Ratify the Chemical Weapons Convention

The US Senate should ratify the Chemical Weapons Convention, which was signed by Pres Bush in 1991. Opponents believe verification is impossible and fear theft of trade secrets, but US expertise is needed to improve verification and the US chemical industry supports the treaty.
