Many parts of the brain and body that contribute importantly to the stress reaction are identified along with the way in which we respond to these external stressors. Researchers state that the paraventricular nucleus, the most critical collection of neutrons secretes corticotropin-releasing hormone (CRH), a messenger that helps to control and unleash stress reactions.
