Article Abstract:
Technology management can be classified as either having macro or micro approach. Macro technology management is discussed in relation with the Chinese experience. The brief discussion on micro technology management reflects the retarded development of this field. This stagnation in micro technology management has implications on macro technology management. Changes must be implemented so that more coordination can be achieved between micro and macro technology management.
