The autism diet
Article Abstract:
Researchers have started investigation on diet free of gluten and casein for treatment for autistic people as surveys indicate that around 40 percent of children with autism are placed on special diets at one time or another. One of the hypothesis reveal that the by-product of gluten and casein disrupt brain function by altering opioid activity, which is involved in pain regulation and social bonding.
