Water resources bill passes senate, heads to conference

Members of both chambers of the United States Congress are to meet to approve the bill passed by the Senate for reauthorizing the Water Resources Development Act. The bill was passed under Senator Russ Feingold's amendment and specifies projects to be implemented by the United States Army Corps of Engineers.
