A multilevel analysis of procedural justice context
Article Abstract:
Employees involved in work units having higher perceptions on procedural justice reported higher job satisfaction than expected if their individual perceptions on justice is used as a basis. Procedural justice may be a way of supplying employees with information on how they fit with an organization. Employees who perceived that they are not receiving fair treatment may not respond with an equal degree of job satisfaction if they are involved in a unit having a different perception.
