The effects of psychological contract breach and organizational cynicism: not all social exchange violations are created equal
Article Abstract:
This research paper presents information about the differential effects upon employees of two types of social exchange violations. This paper specifically studied employees at a bank to show that cynicism can partially balance the attitudes toward a sense of psychological contract breach by a company.
