Caregivers in the United States and the United Kingdom: different systems, similar challenges

Family caregivers in United States and carers in United Kingdom face the similar challenges of caring for an aging population. Although the care policies in the two countries are different but broad similarities exist in some types of responses, including respite programs, consumer-directed-care initiatives and financial assistance.

Family caregiver's legal concerns
Article Abstract:
The family caregivers have a variety of legal concerns about their rights and responsibilities associated with their caregiving role. Some most salient of such issues are outlined and resources for timely and accurate legal information and advice are suggested.
