Entrepreneurial transformations in the Swedish University system: the case of Chalmers University of Technology
Article Abstract:
Swedish universities transformed themselves into entrepreneurial institutions. The case of Chalmers University of Technology confirms that creating an entrepreneurial university takes several years of both infrastructure and cultural changes and it is found that macro (policy vision and implementation) and micro (university organization) level flexibility is required for Swedish innovation policy.
