Coburn's thesis: plausible, but we need more evidence and better measures

The author evaluates the work of David Coburn on the subject of neoliberalism. Coburn believes that economic and political goals, within the context of a free-market economy, increase income inequality and diminish welfare priorities leading to limited social cohesion and health capability.
