Article Abstract:
Business and aging relationship is evident through laws regulating pensions and prohibiting age discrimination in the workplace and through management practices of phased retirement, eldercare services, and retirement education. To explore this relationship, the first category is business serving older adults, the second aims at older people who are resisting physical signs of aging, the third group targets older consumers seeking lifestyle products and services, the fourth provides benefits through a membership organization.
