Flexible work bundles and organizational competitiveness: a cross-national study of the European work context
Article Abstract:
The association between the sorting of flexible work arrangements (FWAs) and organizational competitiveness in the European Union is investigated. The types of FWA bundles are presented and the impacts of each on organizational competitiveness are examined.
