Front and backstage processes of an organizational restructuring effort
Article Abstract:
This article examines the social networks involved in planned restructuring of an organization. The authors address the social conflicts that arise when certain individuals broker between other individuals who are not connected, maintaining the brokers gain influence and then lack incentive to connect others to each other.
