Job separation behavior of WOTC workers: results from a unique case study
Article Abstract:
A unique case study done to explore job separation behavior among workers who qualify for the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) is presented. Results found that WOTC workers do not exhibit overall higher turnover as compared to non-WOTC workers and that job assistance programs might help to increase their tenure in jobs.

Court-ordered grandparent visitation: welcome event or unwarranted intrusion into family life?
Article Abstract:
The changes in state laws that permit a grandparent to petition a court for visitation rights over the objection of a fit parent alter the century-old rule that fits parents have the sole right to take care of their child and especially in cases where it is found to be in the best interest of the child.
