Evidence toward an expanded model of organizational identification
Article Abstract:

Latest research on organizational identification talks about the deliberation of an expanded model of identification, which would enhance the methods by which members could draw their identity from the organization.

The relationship between age and job performance evaluations for entry-level professionals
Article Abstract:
Analysis of the results of the study establishing the relationship between age and job performance evaluations show that evaluators tend to score their 'older' entry-level employees lower as their age increase. This conclusion is an unstable measure of performance evaluation due to the effects of age level, job complexity, and corporate norms on the relationship and the subsequent evaluation process. A more accurate gauge of an applicant's job suitability during the screening process is his prior experience, which can provide an overview of the applicant's potentials.
