The tea and toast syndrome: Psychosocial aspects of congregate dining
Article Abstract:
The result of health, socioeconomic, or psychosocial factors can affect the nutritional status of elders. Providing congregate dining opportunities, which includes a stimulating environment combined with the integrated social services, and nutritional services that improves the quality of life for older people is suggested.

Depression and vision and hearing impairments in later life
Article Abstract:
The conditions commonly seen in old-age persons such as depression, hearing and vision impairments are discussed. The extents to which the latter two contribute to, or affect conditions of depression in the old, are examined.
