Article Abstract:
America created the National Science Foundation in 1950, in order to fund science because the research leads to patents, entrepreneurship, job creation, and other capitalistic ventures. Hence, states like California, New Jersey, and Massachusetts are preparing themselves to revive weak economies and outcompete their neighbors by declaring themselves ready for stem cell business.

The revelation of our quantum-mechanical world where nothing is certain exposes the brain's own limitations. The human brain has a problem with comprehending the world as numbers and statistics while science makes humans insignificant in the context of the universe.
