Balanced growth -- what it is and why we should care

Old notions are being challenged in new ways through smart growth and New Urbanist visions for development that challenge housing and community development professionals to work towards a noble goal. Balanced growth affects the future of the residents in terms of economic justice and social equity.

Privatization: the proper path
