Article Abstract:
The spatial patterns of equity investment growth in U.S. metropolitan system using the market capitalizations of 7,926 U.S. firms are examined. Equity finance has become the primary source of corporate capital as the debt finance has become less accessible.

Exploring metropolitan accessibility and urban structure
Article Abstract:
A GIS-based analysis of locational accessibility for a sample of US metropolitan areas is presented. Location-based accessibility indices are useful for exploring urban form particularly with respect to issues of urban sprawl.
