Intercultural challenges in the Mediterranean
Article Abstract:
Intercultural diversity need not be a stumbling clock to national progress. In the case of the Mediterranean states, cultural diversity is a way of life and many of the bordering countries which used to be emigratory are now receiving immigrants from other countries, such as Spain and Italy. Recognition of of the value of different cultures should be given more importance than cultural survival. The survival of the nation should be based on the will to live in common through a consensus system that represents all communities.
