Why Windows software?
Article Abstract:
Microsoft Windows is an alternative to housing management's traditional software, which lacks readily accessible help features and requires users to follow procedures foreign to their working habits. Users need not find their way through a maze of menus, but instead click a mouse button to access desired actions. In addition, on-line help can be consulted from any point in the software. Users familiar with one Windows software application can transfer to new applications with ease. Lastly, standardized Windows-type applications facilitate the processing of housing data with other industry-standard office automation products.
