Keeping the creeping liability at bay: The prevention and mitigation of indoor mold growth
Article Abstract:
The conditions that promote mold growth, its prevention and remediation are discussed. It is suggested that the Integrated thinking about design, operations and maintenance can improve the indoor environment and reduce the opportunity for mold to become established.

Utility savings lower costs and improve building performance
Article Abstract:
Projects financed with utility savings have supported 192 million dollars of comprehensive rehab and save 24.9 million dollars annually for 71 housing authorities. Case studies are presented offering different strategies.
