Youth recidivism twelve months after a family empowerment intervention: final report
Article Abstract:
Juvenile offenders who completed a course of Family Empowerment Intervention had significantly lower rates of new charges and new arrests than youths not completing this program. The home-based meetings were held for one hour three times a week, and the above finding was made one year after offenders entered the program.
