Article Abstract:
Jamie Peck responds to the central thread of the arguments put forward by Laura Liu and Katharyne Mitchell concerning the status of neoliberalism. A question is raised whether the Katrina disaster will represent the neoliberal project's capacity for revitalization or a degenerative crisis of neoliberalism.
