Beauty and the lease: Celebrating excellence in project design
Article Abstract:
The developments created with the needs of the residents and the aesthetic of the surrounding environment in mind are described. The 21st century affordable housing is increasingly beautiful, imaginative, and functional and NAHRO's Awards of Excellence winners in the Project Design category have all put intensive planning, great care, and a lot of hard work into creating affordable housing that places the emphasis first on housing.

Excellence in administrative innovation
Article Abstract:
Four agencies that are winners of the NAHRO Award of Excellence in Administrative Innovation, including Housing Jeopardy and Housing Quality Standards Interactive Internet Training took routine tasks and approached them in a unique fashion. By increasing efficiency and adding fun to their work, these agencies have improved the business environment for client and staff alike.
