Technology is killing democracy
Article Abstract:
Philip Bobbitt, a law professor at the University of Texas at Austin is of the opinion that though America is investing more in achieving rapid computation and international communication, it is proving to be a problem for itself. He feels that disruption of such networks due to terrorist attacks leads to heavy cost and that terrorists could not have achieved what they have, without the latest technologies.
