Article Abstract:
The increased percentage of the Russia's population belongs to older age groups, both in absolute terms and with respect to the working age population, which has an immediate serious impact on all aspects of the lives of individuals and the society as a whole. It affects the quantitative and qualitative states of the labor market, the people's standard of living and people's state of health and way of life.
