Article Abstract:
Xenophobia in Ukraine has generally risen between 1994 and 1998, yet popular attitudes about Jews have remained relatively stabile. Approximately 5% of the non-Jewish population object to Jews, and overall xenophobia in this period is primarily motivated by a declining economy.

The population's attitudes toward bribery in some cities of Ukraine
Article Abstract:
Most citizens of the Ukraine tolerate the presence of bribery in politics. Legal norms are less important under current conditions than they were, and though much of the public condemns bribery, it makes a small percentage of all crimes.
