Are women's rights being infringed at Russian Industrial Enterprises?
Article Abstract:
This article examines the attitudes of female employees of Russian industrial enterprises regarding fair treatment. The author maintains most women felt their rights were being infringed upon due to low pay and delayed pay, being assigned a larger workload without compensation, and poor working conditions.

Small businesses, internal migrants, and some groups of entrepreneurs form some of the most readily identifiable groups of newly marginalized parts of Russian society. The strongest marginalizing factors include unemployment and mandatory part-time employment.
