A comparison of pre-competition eating patterns in a group of non-elite triathletes
Article Abstract:
Food preferences of triathletes at the pre-training and competition stage, and their approach to nutritional management are qualitatively examined. The study emphasizes the need for trust from athletes in the diet choices of specialists, as it would play a vital role while giving nutritional guidance to athletes and the general public.

A review of issues of dietary protein intake in humans
Article Abstract:
Controversy exists over the advantages and disadvantages of various quantities of protein consumption and the metabolic fate of the amino acid content of various proteins. The three different measures of defining protein intake are absolute intake, intake related to body weight, and intake as a fraction of total energy.
