Airway eye-opener: newer asthma meds safer for cardio patients
Article Abstract:
Some asthma medicines such as theophylline, and beta agonists, may put cardiac patients at risk for fatal heart attacks. But this risk is absent when medicine is given in a metered-dose-inhaler. The inhalers send the drug to the lungs directly, and thus heart arrhythmias are not triggered.

Of milk and men: can 2 cups a day cut stroke risk?
Article Abstract:
Research indicates that men who drink little or no milk are twice as likely to suffer a stroke than men who drink at least 2 cups a day. Researchers believe that the milk drinkers' healthier lifestyles may account more than the calcium for milk's apparent protective effect.
