A moderate amount of sugar raise in a diet does not lead to obesity if the rest of the diet is balanced. The natural sweeteners like raw sugar and honey contains more nutrients and is less processed. Besides organic or cane sugars, turbinado, demerara, muscovado, granulted cane juice, honey, barley-malt syrup, brown-rice syrup and stevia are some of the alternatives for white sugar.

Chicken wings

Chicken wings, which is prepared from 'drumbettes' (what's left after you remove the tips) is quick and satisfying meal with crunchy salad. Chicken pieces can absorb the flavors of most of the marinade. A recipe for deviled wings with blue cheese dipping sauce is given.
