Effects of dietary protein on enzyme activity following exercise-induced muscle injury
Article Abstract:
Dietary protein intake can significantly affect muscle enzyme and serum activity after acute exercise-induced muscle injury. An investigation of the effects of varying levels of dietary protein on the postexercise increase in serum and muscle enzyme activity usually seen after exercise-induced muscle injury has been carried out using rats.

PoleStriding exercise and vitamin E for management of peripheral vascular disease
Article Abstract:
Results demonstrate improvements from walking exercise involving muscles of the upper and lower body in a continuous movement (PoleStriding) in exercise tolerance and perceived quality of life of patients with atherosclerotic peripheral arterial disease. However, vitamin E supplementation is not beneficial.
