Physical demands of vacuuming in women using different models of vacuum cleaners
Article Abstract:
The energy expenditure and hemodynamic responses associated with vacuuming, using five different models of vacuum cleaners is evaluated. The research shows that, the power assist features of certain models of vacuum cleaners may reduce the myocardial oxygen demand of vacuuming.

Exercise-induced weight loss preferentially reduces abdominal fat
Article Abstract:
The effect of substantial weight loss, induced by exercise on fat distribution in young obese men, is examined. The results claim that, this would confer health benefits over and above those associated with diet-induced weight loss of the same magnitude, in cases of obesity.
