It is likely that over $1 billion will be bet on the 1992 NCAA basketball tournament. Although the favorites and underdogs were fairly even in the 1991 tournament, the underdogs were dominant in two previous years. Underdogs have beaten the spread in the final game seven times in the past 10 years.
