The American Power Boat Assn (APBA) Stock Outboard held on March 20-21, 1999, gathered families together for a remarkable experience. The APBA was founded by a group of yacht club commodores in 1903. The Stock Outboard race is intended for teenagers under and above 14 years.

Article Abstract:
Mercury Racing technicians can perform a finishing process on a propeller to provide an increase in speed for only $350. A twin-stepped Eliminator 236 Eagle XP was tested with a 385-hp Mercruiser Bravo One engine and it was found that the speed increased by 5.3 mph.
