Grape expectations
Article Abstract:
Research indicates that resveratrol, a compound founds in grapes, prevents cancer in test tubes and in animals. Further research is needed to determine if the compound fights cancer in humans and how much is necessary to take. However, an extra handful of grapes or glass of grape juice cannot hurt.

Opening wide on vitamine E: it helps reduce risk for oral cancer
Article Abstract:
A study of approximately 1,300 health people and 1,100 oral cancer patients indicates that those who take vitamin E supplements reduce their risk of oral cancer by half. Smoking and drinking are the primary causes of these cancers.
