Halfway to paradise
Article Abstract:
Luperon in the Dominican Republic, which was once a part of refuge for sailors due to the thorny part, is not a hot favorite for many tourists. Luperon is now a port of entry and the visitors can stay as long as they can for a small visa extension where there is no bureaucracy, low cost of living and a genial population.
