Jetty setting

Boat and shore anglers in Oregon have turned to the state's jetties to catch fish. At present, the fishing season from March until summer attracts anglers to the north and south jetties near the mouth of the Siuslaw River. The spot yields ling cods, surfperch, greenlings, sea bass and cabezons.

Brownlee bonanza

The Brownlee Reservoir along the Oregon/Idaho border offers a rich catch of several species of fish. Fish varieties include crappies, yellow perch, rainbow trouts and bluegills. A number of boat launches provide easy access to the reservoir.
