Kawasaki Motors Corp has introduced the Vulcan 1500 Nomad racing motorcycle. It sports a 1470cc rubber-mounted V-Twin engine with a gear-driven counterbalancer, a five-speed transmission and a larger flywheel. The Nomad has a list price of $11,000.

Classicism and the modern bike

Modern motorcycles are compared with classical bikes. The new Ducati 900SS SP is comparable to the old 900SS and the older 750SS in many aspects, but the older bike is more simple, purposeful and has better-looking parts.
