Keys sailing is serious business
Article Abstract:
Sailors should bear in mind before they go sailing in the Florida Keys that the area's marine environment is protected by a set of state and federal laws. The laws impose penalties for violations ranging from injuries to marine life and removals of markers and buoys. Groundings can cost sailors as much as $100,000.
