Genetic effects on physical activity: Results from the Swedish Twin Registry
Article Abstract:
A study was conducted to investigate the genetic effects on leisure-time physical activity using data from the Swedish Twin Registry. The results from study established heredity as an important component behind individual differences in physical activity in adult men and women, which might be one reason behind difficulties in convincing people to adopt an active lifestyle.

The lactate paradox: Does acclimatization to high altitude affect blood lactate during exercise
Article Abstract:
The lactate concentration (La) exercise relationship over time at altitude is debated. Results argued that acclimatization to altitude results in lowering of maximal blood lactate levels.
