Mini and me
Article Abstract:
A sailor used only to racing around the buoys with crew finds it takes some adjustment when sailing solo in a small boat in distant races. A stint on a 21-foot Mini-Transat racer, as it heads for the finish of the first leg of the Mini Pavois race in September 2003 reveals it has all the features a solo racer would ever need, as well as some the average sailor would never want.
